Snow
Snow you feel as silky as a little lamb.
Snow you are as white as the pale clouds hanging from the sky.
Oh snow you sink into the long green grass like a sneaky snake.
Snow you crunch like a mountain of cornflakes.
Snow you spread over our school like the clouds have fallen from above.
Snow you taste like ice-cubes frozen stiff.
Snow you cover the trees with your white tears bucketing down.
Oh snow, so many delightful smiles you bring to our faces.
Snow you pour down crackling like a squeaky door.
Snow as the sun rises you fade away like smudged crayon, we do hope you visit us again.
