Fordell School Goes Print Making!

Last Friday the whole school ventured into Wanganui to do some serious print making at the Art Gallery and Museum. Room 1 started out the day at the Gallery, making garden prints which will be part of a student exhibition in November. After lunch and a play on the steps we headed down to the Museum where we let our creative juices flow using letter and picture printing blocks and a printing press. We learnt all about mirror printing and can't wait to get our prints back once the paint has dried! A big thanks to Mrs Fraser for organising our wonderful day out!
